| More information | This gentle Christmas yoga class is suitable for everyone. You don`t need a valid SYKETTÄ sticker for enrolling in this class! This class guides you to perceive your own body as well in the movement as in stabilized asanas safely. We focus on easy exercises, opening up the body guidelines and overhauling the body. We activate our muscle tone and get flexibility and mobility in our bodies. In this class you have a possibility for relaxation and focusing on your own body and mind. Namaste! Dress warmly and use comfortable clothes for this class. |
